This survey project prepared for the historical aqueduct located in Çubuk district aims to document the current condition of the structure in all its details. Within the scope of the study, the aqueduct's load-bearing system, arch span, wall construction techniques, and material characteristics were analyzed through on-site measurements and transferred to drawings.
Interventions, material changes, and deteriorations the structure underwent in different periods have been identified and clearly expressed in the survey drawings. In particular, the stone masonry texture, arch form, and infill relationship have been examined in detail; data aimed at understanding the structural behavior of the building have been obtained.
This survey will serve as a basis for future restoration and conservation efforts, aiming to contribute to the accurate preservation of the building's original character.
