The historical bridge located in Kurşunlu district is considered an important structure reflecting the transportation culture and engineering understanding of its geographical region. The survey project prepared within this scope aims to document the bridge's current condition with all its physical and structural characteristics.
During the study, the structure was measured in detail using plans, sections, and elevations, and its material characteristics, signs of deterioration, and structural condition were meticulously analyzed. The stone masonry system, arch geometry, and load-bearing elements were documented based on on-site observations and measurements, thus revealing the building's original identity.
The prepared survey drawings aim to present the bridge's current condition accurately and legibly, while also providing a solid foundation for future restoration and conservation interventions. The project is conceived as a scientific and technical documentation study supporting the sustainability of the historical structure.
