This project is a proposal for an accommodation center focused on winter tourism, developed in harmony with Sapanca's natural topography.
The sloping terrain was treated not as a challenge requiring intervention, but as a fundamental input to the design; a light and fragmented settlement was created where the structures are positioned suspended in places rather than resting on the ground. The ten planned accommodation units are connected to each other via wooden pedestrian platforms that form a spine, while each unit gains a unique position through its relationship with the landscape, privacy, and natural environment. Instead of dense construction, the project proposes a winter living scenario that coexists with nature, leaves a minimal footprint, and offers the user a seamless experience within the landscape.
